Administrative Assistant Amsterdam – 32 hours a week

The company provides accounting and reporting services for international clients in real estate investments. They are looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant, directly reporting to the managing directors and closely working together with the team members in the accounting/reporting department.
Profile of the candidate:

  • MBO + / HBO level
  • Dutch and English, German would be a plus
  • Experience in a real estate environment would be a plus
  • Experience in paralegal documentation would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills are required
    Tasks and responsibilities

  • General reception / host
  • General office activities; housing, maintenance, insurance portfolio, telephone system
  • Internal and external correspondence
  • Supporting activities for the managing directors
  • Supporting activities for HR department
  • Supporting activities for finance department
  • Supporting legal compliance activities
  • Responsible for operational time management system

  • Salary range (fulltime): € 42.000 tot € 48.000
  • 25 holidays a year (fulltime)
